Everything you need to know about PrimeStaking. Can't find an answer? Visit our docs or contact support.
PrimeStaking is a non-custodial staking platform dedicated to the XDC Network. The core products are XDC Liquid Staking (stake XDC, receive the psXDC vault share) and XDC NFTs (deposit psXDC into a staking-enhanced NFT for an additional boost slice). The platform also includes a non-custodial psXDC/XDC Spot trading desk and white-label Partner Staking pools. It lets users earn protocol staking rewards without operating a native masternode (which otherwise requires 10M XDC and infrastructure management). Each product has its own mechanics, contracts, and reward model.
PrimeStaking supports XDC staking via Liquid Staking (psXDC) and XDC NFTs. When staking XDC, users receive psXDC — an ERC-4626 vault share representing their position in the V3 vault. Rather than a fixed 1:1 receipt, the psXDC share grows in value over time as validator rewards accrue (1 psXDC ≈ 1 XDC at launch, > 1 XDC thereafter).
No. PrimeStaking is non-custodial: users keep control of their assets and interact directly with smart contracts. All XDC staking contracts are deployed on the XDC Network.
Yes, you need to connect a compatible Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask or any WalletConnect-supported wallet) to interact with the staking features. You can view the overview pages without connecting, but staking, claiming, and managing positions require wallet connection.
Security is a core priority at PrimeStaking. Smart contracts have been audited and are publicly verifiable in our documentation. As with all DeFi protocols, smart contract risk exists. Users are encouraged to review audits and documentation before participating.
PrimeStaking operates on the XDC Network. Both XDC Liquid Staking and XDC NFTs are deployed on XDC.
Both products have dedicated, one-shot V2 → V3 migration paths. For Liquid Staking, approve the V3 migration bridge and call migrate(amount, minSharesOut) — V2 psXDC is burned and V3 shares are minted in the same transaction with slippage protection. For XDC NFTs, the XdcNftMigrator preserves your tokenId, rarity, and any active lock expiry — the only exception is legacy IDs of 10000 or above (that range is reserved for merged NFTs), which migrate under a fresh v3 ID while keeping the same rarity, balance, and rewards. The migration page in the app walks you through both flows.
